My bills are so behind. My husband got laid off and our car broke down and we have no way of getting around now. Things are getting so bad that we don't know what we are going to do from one day to the next. Our lights are getting shut off on the 4th of sept if we don't get it paid but we don't know what to do. We are so stressed.
